Our goal is to provide a peaceful, positive space filled with holistic health practitioners that are passionate about helping others. Solara Wellness is an integrative center for you to relax and focus on your health and wellness journey. We offer a variety of services to help you achieve a healthy balance within your body, mind and soul such as acupuncture, light therapy (LLLT / PBMT), massage therapy, energy & bodyworks, yoga, guided meditation classes, group sessions, and a full line of quality vitamins and supplements.
Our Team
Molly Sweet, LAc is the owner and founder of Solara Wellness and is a licensed acupuncturist and holistic health practitioner. Her goal is to help you achieve a successful balance within your body, mind and soul through alternative medicine and holistic modalities such as acupuncture, light therapy, relaxation, meditation, diet and exercise.
Molly began her career as an acupuncturist after passing the national board exam in 2013 and working with Dr. April Gago of Gago Center For Fertility in her Lansing office location. This led Molly to her passion of helping women in their journey to live healthier lives and grow their families.
In addition to creating her long time dream of offering a multi-faceted, integrative healing space (Solara Wellness), she continues to specialize in acupuncture for women’s health, infertility, IVF, IUI, pregnancy support, migraines, headaches, back pain, pain management, PTSD, stress and anxiety.

Heather Moore, LAc With over 25 years of experience in Acupuncture, Chinese and functional medicine, Heather is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health. She specializes in fertility issues, women's health, and chronic disease.
Heather is nationally licensed by NCCAOM and graduated Magne Cum Laude with a Master of Science from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.
The remarkable results Heather experienced with alternative medicine for her own health ignited her passion for understanding the body's natural wisdom. Her dedication to continuous learning led her to become ABORM certified in 2009 and earn a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 2021. Heather looks forward to opportunity to helping you prioritize your wellness.
Dr. Denise Potter, ND, LMT is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, massage therapist, yoga instructor, and reiki master. She grew up on a small farm in Saranac where she raised cattle for 4-H and developed a strong love for nature.
Denise has a fun-loving, adventurous spirit and loves to spend her free time mushing and running with her husband and dogs, foraging in the woods, finding 4 leaf clovers, baking, and singing.
Denise is always in awe of the healing power of nature and loves working with all different areas of health, but has a particular passion for helping create life and supporting women's reproductive health.
She believes that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself when given the proper tools. Focusing on dietary and lifestyle adjustments can help provide those crucial tools that the body needs to heal and thrive.
Cassandra English, LMT grew up in Macomb County, Michigan. Her life has taken many turns. She attended school at Chippewa Valley high School. After graduating high school she joined the Navy. Life took a different path as she was diagnosed with an eye disease and subsequently separated from that intended journey. Cassie is a mother of three, and a grandmother of nine beautiful grandbabies. Naturally, Cassie enjoys spending time with them, a joy like no other. Cassie’s holds many talents and experiences. She enjoys photography, crocheting, traveling, and spending time with her growing family. In the past she’s held positions as a cake decorator, banker, business owner, and cashier. After much soul searching, she sought a career in Massage Therapy--an ideal position for her intuitive nature. A divergence more aligned with health and wellness . It provided her the opportunity to directly work with individuals by caring and nurturing them more directly. Cassandra's focus as a massage therapist is to promote the facilitation of healing in the body, which in turn helps the mind and body, and even the soul. Cassandra is excited to be the newest member at Solara Wellness, a place which matches her own values. She looks forward to sharing her massage therapy talents with all her potential clients, and she is grateful for the opportunity at Solara Wellness.
Codie Drake was born and raised in Grand Ledge, MI. Within the last six years, she has continuously explored the world, expanding and growing her existential view on life and expanding her interest in holistic care. Codie attended undergraduate at a small D2 school in Kentucky. While there she played college basketball and adopted her growth mindset. She is very goal orientated, and her passions include taming her unquenchable curiosity, helping others, and looking for opportunities to grow. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History, she earned her Master’s in International Peace Studies from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Making the world a better place is a daily practice for Codie. She aims to bring kindness, compassion, enthusiasm into people’s lives. A core value of hers is gratitude, where she believes joy and contentment stem. She views holistic health as essential, whether it be essential oils, yoga, or even a massage. Self-rejuvenation is valued by her, as she knows the importance of maintaining a self-care balance and providing energy to others. At Solara Wellness, she works as an office support specialist and is excited to assist you with a peaceful and positive experience on your wellness journey!
